We are here to serve you and this website is set up to aid you in a successful experience with your child’s athletic journey while at Calvary Chapel Christian School. From forms that your child needs to fill out for sports participation to directions to your child’s game and the most recent scores, you will be able to find it ALL here! Guidelines for Participants
For students to be eligible to participate in the Calvary Chapel Christian School’s Athletic Program they must meet the following guidelines.
All athletes must complete the enrollment process through HomeCampus.com, in order to register for High School team sports. Detailed instructions for the enrollment process on HomeCampus.com can be viewed (here)
The Athletic Handbook is required reading each year by both the athlete and the parent. You will e-sign that you have read this handbook during the Athletic Clearance process.
Physical Evaluation – As part of the athletic clearance process, each athlete is required to have the attached form completed by a licensed physician – signed and dated. Your child will not be permitted to participate if they do not have a current physical evaluation on file. This must be submitted to the Athletic Office, or uploaded on your student’s athletic clearance form online (HomeCampus.com). (Physicals are good for one calendar year).
o UNIVERSAL ATHLETIC FEE REGISTRATION FORM Be sure to enroll in this discount program. No contracts for this program will be accepted after August 2, 2024.

Individual Per Sport Athletic Fees
FALL SPORTS
Girls Volleyball – Athletic Clearance Due by July 19, 2024
Football and Cross Country – Athletic Clearance Due by July 26, 2024
Football – $500; Girls Volleyball – $400; Boys and Girls Cross Country – $400
The above charges will be billed on your September 2024 statement.*
Winter Sports – Athletic Clearances Due by October 4, 2024
Boys & Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Soccer, Boys Wrestling – $400 Each
The above charges will be billed on your November 2024 statement.*
Spring Sports – Athletic Clearances Due by January 10, 2025
Baseball, Softball, Boys & Girls Track & Field, Boys Volleyball – $400 Each
The above charges will be billed on your February 2025 statement.*
*Grizzly Academy students will also be charged a tuition fee of $200 per sport
