We are here to serve you, and this website is set up to aid you in a successful experience with your child’s athletic journey while at Calvary Chapel Christian School. From forms that your child needs to fill out for sports participation to directions to your child’s game and the most recent scores, you will be able to find it ALL here! Guidelines for Participants

For students to be eligible to participate in the Calvary Chapel Christian School’s Athletic Program they must meet the following guidelines.

All athletes must complete the enrollment process through HomeCampus.com, in order to register for High School team sports. Detailed instructions for the enrollment process on HomeCampus.com can be viewed (here)

The Athletic Handbook is required to read each year by both the athlete and the parent. You will e-sign that you have read this handbook during the Athletic Clearance process.

Physical Evaluation – As part of the athletic clearance process, each athlete is required to have the attached form completed by a licensed physician – signed and dated.  Your child will not be permitted to participate if they do not have a current physical evaluation on file. This must be submitted to the Athletic Office, or uploaded on your student’s athletic clearance form online (HomeCampus.com). (Physicals are good for one calendar year).

The Athletic Clearance account that is created stays with your student throughout their high school career, although in upcoming years you will need to re-register for the new school year. You may transfer existing information by selecting Existing Information from the Student and Parent dropdown and the information will autofill. You need to re-enter medical information and signatures every year.
